Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their service at any time without incurring any cancellation fees.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must notify us through our official customer support channels.

  • Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Any outstanding balances on the account must be settled before the cancellation is processed.

 

Refund Policy

  • As our services are post-paid, we do not offer refunds for any payments made.

  • There are no prorated refunds for partial months of service.

  • In cases of billing errors, customers may contact customer support for a resolution, which may include a credit adjustment on future invoices.
